The application

This is Synchronex

Holiday and absence calendar, the day's clock-ins and each person's record on a single screen. The manager approves from their phone and everything is logged for your advisers or the inspectorate.

Features

Everything it does for you from day one, without anyone having to remember.

  • Clock-ins and working time where the work actually happens: on a phone, on site or in the shop.

  • Holidays and absences requested and approved on their own, with the day balance always up to date.

  • What off-the-shelf tools do not cover: shift rotas, job sheets, training records or protective equipment control.

  • Alerts each team leader to missed clock-ins, excess hours and rest periods that were not taken.

  • Working-time records exportable in the format your employment advisers and the labour inspectorate ask for.

  • Fitted to your collective agreement: additional hours, rest periods, local public holidays and irregular working patterns.

How it works

  1. 1

Each person clocks in from their phone, a tablet at the site or a computer, with optional geolocation for site and road work.

  2. 2

Holidays, absences and shift swaps are requested and approved in the app, with the day balance always up to date.

  3. 3

The manager sees their team's working time in real time and gets alerts for missed clock-ins, excess hours and rest periods not taken.

  4. 4

Everything is logged and exports in whatever format your employment advisers or the labour inspectorate ask for.

The law, in detail

Working-time records mandatory since 2019, and digital clock-in with remote access for the inspectorate now in progress.

Recording working time has been mandatory for every company in Spain since 2019 (article 34.9 of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, Real Decreto-ley 8/2019) and the records must be kept for four years. The government is now working on the digital time record: electronic clock-in, tamper-proof and remotely accessible to the labour inspectorate, with fines the draft sets per affected worker. It is expected for late 2026 or 2027. A custom tool complies from day one and fits your collective agreement, your shifts and your sites.

Who it is for

  • Staff across several sites

Shops, branches or warehouses with different managers and a single payroll.

  • Rotating shifts

Hospitality, cleaning, logistics or industry, with rotas that change every week.

  • Staff on site or on the road

Clocking in from a phone with geolocation and job sheets filed from where the work happens.

  • Anyone who already tried a generic tool

And found it did not fit their collective agreement, their shifts or their way of working.

What it costs

Fixed quote, depending on what it has to cover

A fixed price before we start, based on what it has to cover: number of sites, shifts, collective agreement and the connections to your payroll or your accountant. We put it in writing and it does not change during the project. Tell us your case and you will have the price within 24 hours.
