Automate your bookkeeping

Available · we show it working

An agent reads your invoices and receipts exactly as they reach you today: email, a WhatsApp photo, a PDF or scanned paper. It sorts them and leaves them ready for your accountant.

Will it work with your invoices?

We tell you in writing: what it covers and what it costs. No calls.

Built on Contalia AI, our own application, and fitted to your company.

The application

This is Contalia AI

Every document lands in the inbox, the AI extracts the data with its confidence level, and the checks flag whatever does not add up: the VAT, the order number, the supplier details. You only review what is flagged; the rest is already set for your accountant.

Contalia AI, automatic invoice reading and validation

Features

Everything it does for you from day one, without anyone having to remember.

  • Reads the invoice and pulls out supplier, number, amounts and the right VAT, even from a photo of a crumpled receipt.

  • It never invents what it cannot read clearly: it flags it separately so you can check it in a minute.

  • Exports in whatever format your accountant asks for, be it Excel, CSV or their own software.

  • Spots duplicates and invoices that do not add up (net, VAT and total) before they reach your books.

  • Files every invoice with its number, date and supplier, findable in seconds when your accountant or the tax office asks.

  • Works with your usual suppliers without templates: it learns their layout and reads better every month.

How it works

  1. 1

You forward the invoices however they reach you: to the agent's inbox, to a shared folder or by WhatsApp. Nothing changes in how you work.

  2. 2

The agent reads each document with AI: supplier, date, number, net, VAT and total. It checks that the amounts add up and spots duplicates.

  3. 3

It sorts every invoice by supplier and expense type and leaves it on a dashboard where you see the month at a glance.

  4. 4

Anything doubtful is flagged for a one-minute review. The rest is exported to your accountant in their format: Excel, CSV or their accounting software.

The law, in detail

Electronic invoicing between businesses becomes mandatory (Crea y Crece): for receiving them too, not just issuing them.

Spain's Ley Crea y Crece makes electronic invoicing between businesses mandatory on the timetable set by the tax authority: from October 2027 for companies turning over more than €8 million and from October 2028 for the rest. The obligation is not only to issue them: you must receive them, process them and report their status (accepted, rejected, paid) and the payment date, which the tax office will use to police late payment. An agent that reads every supplier invoice as it arrives, reconciles it and files it is exactly the piece you need in order to comply without hiring anyone. If you also issue invoices from your own software, take a look at our Verifactu adaptation.

Who it is for

  • SMEs with 5 to 50 staff

Supplier invoices every month and no admin department to absorb them.

  • Wholesale, construction and workshops

Many suppliers, delivery notes and invoices arriving by email, WhatsApp and on paper.

  • Hospitality and retail

Fuel receipts, meals and odd expenses that go missing before they reach the accountant.

  • Accountants and advisory firms

Who would rather receive their clients' invoices already read, sorted and reconciled.

What it costs

€1,500 · up and running in 2 weeks

Fixed price: €750 to start and €750 on delivery. If it does not end up working with your real invoices, you do not pay the second half. After that, if you want us to maintain it, from €190/month with no lock-in. AI usage is billed separately, at cost.
