Your invoicing, ready for Verifactu without changing systems
Built to measure · fixed quoteWe adapt your ERP, your POS or your in-house invoicing software to the Verifactu regulation: chained records with a hash, a QR code on every invoice and submission to the Spanish tax authority. Without throwing away your system or your data.
The application
This is how the Verifactu module looks
Every invoice or receipt generates its record, hashed and chained to the previous one, and is sent to the tax authority there and then; the panel shows what has been accepted, what is being retried and whether the chain is still intact. The invoice goes out with its QR code and the VERI*FACTU wording, on your usual template.
Example with fictitious data. The module is built into your ERP or POS; the screen is indicative.

Features
Everything it does for you from day one, without anyone having to remember.
Generates the invoicing record for every invoice (issue and cancellation) with the chained hash the regulation requires, without anyone having to do anything differently when invoicing.
Adds the QR code and the «VERI*FACTU» wording (or the retention wording, if you choose that mode) to your current templates.
Sends the records to the tax authority as the invoice is issued and handles the responses: accepted, rejected and retries.
Keeps the system event log (start-ups, exports, incidents) that the tax authority can ask for in an inspection.
Leaves you the technical documentation and the declaration of responsibility for the adapted system, as the regulation requires.
Connects to what you already have: a custom ERP, a POS, invoicing software with its own database, several companies or invoice series.
How it works
- 1
Audit: in a 20-minute call and a technical review we see how you invoice today (ERP, POS, database, series, cancellations) and tell you which package you need and the fixed price.
- 2
We build the Verifactu module on your system: issue and cancellation records, chained hash, signature, QR and event log. The way you invoice does not change.
- 3
We test against the tax authority's test environment with your real invoices until everything is accepted, and hand over the documentation and the declaration of responsibility.
- 4
Go-live before the deadline and regulatory maintenance: when the tax authority changes the specifications (it will), we update it.
The law, in detail
Verifactu applies to every invoicing system, including in-house software and POS terminals, from 1 January 2027.
The law, in detail
Verifactu applies to every invoicing system, including in-house software and POS terminals, from 1 January 2027.
The Verifactu regulation does not apply only to commercial software: any «computerised invoicing system» (a custom ERP, a POS, an in-house application that issues invoices) must generate, for each invoice, a record hashed and chained to the previous one, signed, with a QR code on the invoice, and be able to send those records to the Spanish tax authority as they are issued (Verifactu mode) or keep them unaltered (retention mode). The system must also keep an event log and carry a declaration of responsibility from whoever produces it. The technical specifications are in Orden HAC/1177/2024. Anyone invoicing with their own software has two ways out: replace it with certified commercial software, losing their system and their data, or adapt what they have. We do the second.
- Norma
- Ley 11/2021, art. 29.2.j) LGT · Real Decreto 1007/2023 (invoicing systems regulation) · Orden HAC/1177/2024
- If you do not
- Using an invoicing system that does not comply carries a fine of €50,000 per financial year (art. 201 bis LGT). Producing or selling a non-compliant one, €150,000 per year and per type of system.
Who it is for
Companies with their own ERP or invoicing
A system built to measure years ago, working well, that nobody wants to throw away.
Retail and hospitality with their own POS
Terminals issuing receipts and simplified invoices, which also fall under Verifactu.
Groups with several companies or series
Needing a single connector for all their entities and invoice series.
Software houses and accountants
Serving clients with in-house software and needing someone to do the adaptation.
What it costs
Audit €690 · fixed packages from €2,900
The technical audit (€690, deducted from the project) determines the package: standard connector for invoicing software without a POS, €2,900; custom ERP with one invoicing flow, €4,900; full package with ERP and POS, several companies or series, €5,900. Afterwards, regulatory maintenance from €190/month with no lock-in: when the tax authority changes the specifications, we update it.
